JUSTO Systems
Terms of Service
Effective 19 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the JUSTO app and the JUSTO self-service coffee machines. By creating an account and placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
JUSTO is operated by JUSTWIN UNLIMITED S.R.L. (CUI 46690910), Bucharest, Romania. Contact: [email protected].
JUSTWIN UNLIMITED S.R.L. is not registered for VAT in Romania (neplatitor de TVA): prices shown are final and include no VAT, and invoices are issued without VAT. The company holds code RO50839182 solely for intra-EU transactions under art. 317 of the Fiscal Code.
2. The service
JUSTO lets you order a personalized drink from an unattended bean-to-cup machine through the app: you pick a machine, build or choose a drink, pay, and collect it at the machine. Machines are self-service and their availability, stock and working state can change; we do not guarantee a particular machine or drink is available at any given time.
3. Your account
Ordering in the app requires an account (sign-in with Google, and Apple in future). You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use JUSTO. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
4. Orders, prices and payment
- The price of your drink is shown in the app before you confirm the order. That price is what you pay.
- Payment is by card, on our payment provider's secure page. When you order, the amount is secured on your card; it is charged when your drink begins brewing.
- A fiscal invoice is issued for every sale, in line with Romanian law.
- You place an order for immediate preparation, or schedule it to be ready at a chosen time ("brew before you arrive").
5. Cancellation, collection and no-shows
Because each drink is made fresh, to your specification, the timing matters:
- Before brewing starts you may cancel the order in the app. The hold on your card is released and you are not charged.
- Once brewing has started the drink is being made with real ingredients to your order and can no longer be cancelled.
- If a made drink is not collected within the pickup window shown in the app, the order expires and the charge stands, because the drink was prepared as ordered. The app tells you this before you confirm.
A freshly prepared, made-to-order drink is a perishable, personalized good, so the usual 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply once preparation has begun. This does not affect your rights if a drink is faulty or not as ordered (see section 6).
6. If something goes wrong
If a machine fails to make your drink, or makes the wrong drink, we put it right: a machine failure releases or refunds the charge automatically, and if you were charged for a drink you did not receive or that was not as ordered, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund or remake it. Your statutory consumer rights under Romanian and EU law are not limited by these terms.
7. Acceptable use
Use JUSTO only for ordering drinks for yourself. Do not misuse the app or machines, attempt to interfere with them, or use them for anything unlawful.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and change these terms, for example to reflect new features, machines or legal requirements. We will post the current terms here with their effective date; material changes will be made clear.
9. Our responsibility
We provide JUSTO with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU law, including your statutory rights as a consumer and our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected]. As a consumer you may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro), submit a complaint through reclamatii.anpc.ro, or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) under Legea 140/2016: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
